Shipping
We currently ship our products across Canada.
We currently use a Flat Fee for our shipping based on your location and the weight/size of the items you ordered.
We do have an option to pick up your products in Ajax if you are local to our business area.
The purchaser is responsible for damage claims in shipment. Packing material should not be discarded when damage is found. All claims should be reported to the carrier immediately; Carroll Property Services will provide assistance, if required.
Returns
All returns must have prior authorization.

Products ordered in error are subject to a re-stocking charge; a minimum $20.
Carroll Property Services is not liable for products returned without authorization.
